BEST Title Solutions - Your Closing

You will be asked to bring certain documents and items to the closing:
  1. A certified or cashier's check in the amount required for closing. The amount for the check will be provided to you by BEST Title Solutions prior to closing.

  2. The Homeowner's Insurance Policy and a paid receipt or a bill in the event the premium is being paid by the closing agent.

  3. Any inspection reports and bills or paid receipts. If you, the Buyer, are paying for any inspections, BEST Title Solutions needs this information to be included on the HUD Settlement Statement.

  4. Your Driver's License or other acceptable official photo identification, and a copy of your Social Security card.
If you have any special requests for closing, it is in your best interest to notify BEST Title Solutions early in the closing process so that the closing can be schedule to accommodate your needs as much as possible. Communication with all parties concerned is the key to a smooth and pleasant closing!
