ON SITE TITLE PLANT: BEST Title Solutions has an on-site Title Plant which allows us to offer a faster turn-around on Commitments and Title Research. We utilize Attorney’s Title Insurance ATIDS ™ Geographic data base for Title searches. This provides a faster Title report as opposed to the normal “Name to Name” research most Title companies use. With ATIDS ™, every property has a separate geographical file – every Deed, Mortgage, Satisfaction of Mortgage, Lien and other similar and related documents show up in one place, giving us a faster “snap shop” of the Title.
